I want to share a win. Yesterday I was craving tacos and margaritas. This is uncharacteristic of me… but there has been a lot of stress in life. I can’t say I was surprised to be craving some fat, carbs, and citrus on the rocks with a salt rim. :slight_smile: My win: We ate organic tamales and drank charcoal lemonade at home instead of going out for Mexican full of bad oils, fried food and over processed everything. It feels good to feel good in the morning.
