Hi everyone, I am 6 months out from laparoscopic surgery. I was just wondering how you guys navigate pelvic floor pain and endo belly. I’ve been experiencing that a lot lately and it seems like hardly anyone has answers.

I’m around that stage too, and I remember thinking surgery would fix everything but the pelvic pain …
What helped me was keeping it simple heat, loose clothes, and not pushing myself on bad days.
It’s frustrating, but you’re definitely not alone in this..
