Homeopathic options?

Besides diet, is there any other homeopathic remedies that you guys can suggest? Ie: acupuncture, reiki, exercises, etc. i was diagnosed late last year and earlier this year i had surgery, and I had a about six months of no pain after surgery and now it’s coming back and I’m meeting with the surgeon again but I was wondering if anyone has tried anything in addition to diet and hormones (birth control) that have helped?

Hi Krissy.
I have been dx with endo abt 6-8 years ago. I have also had reoccurrence after surg. I always have good response with accupuncture, carnivore diet, and also read the book How I healed my endo naturally. Adding in the enzymes and herbs has made SUCH a difference. Hope this helps! Just cancelled my 2nd surg!

I stay on a low inflammatory diet, reducing or eliminating processed food. I quite smoking, drinking coffee and reduced my wine intake.
My exercises include regular yoga and walks. I do want to get back into strength training, I haven’t made the time.
Lastly, counseling! Working through the trauma of the disease and the life it stole from me has been extremely helpful!

My pain is down to 2-3 out of 10+

Chandra, I was on Lifewave patches that activate stem cells. If this interest you, let me know. It can be a lot of information to take in. Its much cheaper than the stem cell injections. Also, I worked my way up to fasting for 72 hours to activate stem cells. I don’t know your situation. Fasting may or may not be ideal for you. Be sure to talk to your practitioners first.
