Endo relief with Mind Body Techniques? and or Somatic exercise?

Just wondering if any of you have found relief with EFT (emotional freedom techniques) or Somatic Exercise? Apparently, when you have endo, you can have trapped emotions causing pain. I used to think this info was a bit new agey, but for some reason am open to it now. I have found somatic exercises to be incredibly helpful for pain relief. I just started a journal to process buried emotions also in the last 2 days. We will see:)…Trying something new

I have been using somatic therapy and movement. Mostly post surgery. I find it extremely helpful, but I can’t say it helped a ton for me pre surgery for pain. I think it helps , but not enough at the level of pain I was in.
I have also found I have a lot more hip stiffness and Achiness post surgery .
I Do you recommend somatic therapy and Movement!
