Does anyone have experience with Progesterone resistance? I’ve read studies that support the link between endometriosis and progesterone resistance (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC10138736/).

I recently started taking progesterone because I’ve had signs of low progesterone for a long time, and my test results keep coming back very low in part due to perimenopause. I also experienced infertility. Even after taking 100 mg/day of micronized progesterone for over a month, my level on day 20 still came back very low 1.3 ng/ml. Has anyone else navigated this?

I’m just learning how so many of my long-standing mysterious symptoms are tied to endometriosis. I’m hoping that healing my gut health will help support better hormonal balance!

p.s. it’s funny that the word “perimenopause” shows up as a misspelled word… not recognized

I just got a TENS and EMS machine. I was tempted to get Staci Companion Period Pain Relief Device but they are so expensive! And I wasn’t sure if it was effective.

Does anyone find TENS/EMS machines help with pelvic and leg pain/ nerve/muscle issues? Or have you tried Staci or any other ones of those portable TENs / heat pad packs?

@EndoEmy Hey! So I have a couple brands of pelvic tens units. In the past I have found them very helpful. This weekend I can offer you a much better “review” as I’m coming off my medications and will quickly have withdrawal bleeding & cramping.

I have a tens machine my PT uses $30 ish on Amazon. It’s not cute, but it has many settings and it has separate controls for each side.
I previously had a more expensive, cuter, advertised for period pain that was much more limited.
