Anti-inflammatory Diet Re: Dairy Restrictions

I am doing the Nourishing Foods course (as well as my own research) and am aware that dairy is a contributing factor in inflammation for many reasons. However, I am curious about goat milk products. Should I also eliminate goat milk from my diet?

Almond milk. Try it. At home you can soak and blend almonds have cereal or oatmeal with almond milk. I have been vegetarian. Peskiterian eat salmon fish 7 years. Prayers. Sincerely. Betsy

I second the almond milk suggestion! For goat milk, I’d say try to eliminate it and then add it back in and see if you notice a major difference. I have read that goat milk proteins don’t have the same inflammatory qualities as cow’s milk proteins, but as with so many things, it’s probably unique to your body. Worth experimenting with! I do love me some goat cheese.
