Trying to figure out my body at 38 years old. Have been previously diagnosed with POI or POF, pre-menopause and endometriosis at 30 y/o. Been off and on birth control and recently had excision laparoscopy for Endometriosis where my doctor removed Endo from my rectum and a ligament that connects my uterus to my spine. Currently receiving treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction and starting physical therapy. Will begin yoga soon but looking to heal from within and heal the mental trauma this disease causes.
